At Golden80, we stand behind the quality and style of our pieces. Due to the nature of our boutique collections, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

If you receive an item and need a different size or have an issue with fit, you may request an exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

To initiate an exchange:

• Contact us at golden80@exaltedbg.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached and packaging still in tact.

• Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All sales are final after the 3-day exchange window.

Golden80 reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
